12  Payment term : By TT or LC at sigh or DP at sight is available ,also we can take the flexible payment term based on our good and longer term business relationship 

13 . Delivery time : we can finish the order within 35days after getting confirmation of order and upfront for the order 

14. Package: normally it is neutral packing or color packing available , we can design it as per customers requirements
